Jordan Anstey Associate
Jordan Anstey serves as an Associate at Saban Real Estate, where he supports the strategic expansion of the firm鈥檚 real estate portfolio. Reporting directly to the Head of Capital Markets and the Senior Director of Acquisitions, Mr. Anstey is responsible for underwriting investment opportunities, conducting financial modeling, performing market research, and supporting capital markets transactions. He collaborates with the broader team to assess acquisitions, structure deals, and provide key insights to senior management.
Prior to joining Saban Real Estate, Mr. Anstey was a Senior Associate at Bellwether Asset Management, where he supported a portfolio of investments across multiple asset types on behalf of Oaktree Capital Management. His experience includes asset management, investment underwriting, and transaction due diligence.
Mr. Anstey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin鈥揗adison, where he graduated with Dean鈥檚 List honors.
